**SSIS Data Warehouse Engineer

Fairfield, CA (Hybrid Role)

6-12+Months**

  • Design, build, and maintain data warehouses from scratch using SSIS and advanced SQL (T-SQL).
  • Develop, monitor, and support ETL jobs, ensuring daily performance and error tracking.
  • Perform advanced SQL tasks including complex joins, subqueries, common table expressions, performance tuning, and debugging.
  • Manage and validate data quality and accuracy within the warehouse environment.
  • Modify and enhance ETL tasks to include new tables and transformations.
  • Maintain and upgrade core data warehouse structures, implement security measures, and monitor system performance and latencies.
  • Apply advanced data modeling techniques, utilizing STAR schema and Kimball architecture.
  • Work with Snowflake for data warehousing solutions.
  • Use and manage various dimension and fact tables effectively.
  • Collaborate on automation of data warehousing processes and tools.
  • Ideal candidates have 10+ years of experience, particularly with healthcare data modeling.
  • Strong preference for candidates with hands-on experience in SSIS, advanced SQL, and data warehousing (excluding Informatica, DataStage, and pure BI developers).
