Overview
Guest Services staff are the primary contact with the guests at the facility. Employees are required to have knowledge of the building and its services, and also to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for the guests. Employees will fill ticket taker, usher, guest services, and greeter positions.
This role pays an hourly wage of $14.00
Benefits for part-time roles: 401(k) savings plan and 401(k) matching.

Responsibilities
JOB FUNCTIONS:
Be familiar with ticketing, seating locations, procedures and building policiesAble to handle large groups of guestsMaintain control of your assigned sections or areaAnticipate and correct any trouble situations in your areaKnow general building information and locations of various amenitiesEnsure areas are safe for patrons and staffMonitor alcohol consumption and related issuesProvide exceptional customer service to all patronsOccasionally assist with breakdown after eventsPerform other duties as assignedQualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be 18 years or olderMust have reliable transportationMust be available for at least ½ of all events occurring within each month, year roundExperience in customer serviceAbility to manage high stress situations and remain flexibleAble to be on feet for long periods of timeAble to work a variety of events including children's shows, theatre performances, and loud concertsMust have a pleasant and outgoing personalityMust be friendly, courteous and polite with a positive attitudeMust be able to adhere to all company policies and proceduresMust be able to pass a criminal background checkDESIRED SKILLS:
Previous experience as an usher or ticket taker are a plusHigh School Diploma (or GED) preferredBilingual skills are a plusFirst aid or CPR trainedAbility to work holidays (ie. Thanksgiving, Christmas, Hanukkah, New Years, Easter, etc.)Strengthened by our Differences. United to Make a Difference
