Position Overview:
The Account Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for supporting both internal teams and external clients by ensuring new accounts are set up accurately, promptly, and in compliance with all regulatory and documentation requirements. This role works closely with Client Service Specialists to support onboarding, account maintenance, and overall service delivery for deposit accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Client Service Specialists to prepare and process all documentation required for opening new deposit accounts.
- Review incoming account paperwork to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to regulatory standards.
- Process client account maintenance requests, including updates to client information and account records.
- Support the client experience by helping identify client needs and ensuring requests are handled professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date information across internal systems and platforms.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure clear communication and alignment on onboarding tasks and account requirements.
- Identify potential opportunities to refer clients to other business areas when additional products or services may be beneficial.
- Work to meet established service standards while ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all tasks.
- Prioritize and process urgent requests with careful attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong understanding of banking products, deposit account structures, and internal procedures.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email systems, and banking platforms; familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage complex tasks with sound judgment and analytical thinking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with both clients and internal teams.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Knowledge of commercial and corporate deposit account types, treasury management services, and online banking tools.
Education & Experience:
Required:
- High school diploma or GED, plus 3-5 years of banking or account servicing experience.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience supporting a range of commercial or corporate clients, including industries such as real estate, healthcare, government, or commercial and industrial sectors.
