Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our team. The NP will work alongside our surgeons and staff to provide high-quality care throughout the hair restoration journey—from pre-operative evaluations to in-procedure support and post-operative follow-ups.

Having prior experience in injectable treatments such as Botox, dermal fillers, PRP/PRF, and other facial aesthetic procedures is a strong plus, as it helps build the technical foundation needed to quickly learn and master FUE hair restoration techniques.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Duties:

  • Conduct patient consultations and assess eligibility for hair transplant.
  • Perform pre-op evaluations, review medical history, and assist during FUE procedures (including local anesthesia and graft handling).
  • Provide post-op instructions and monitor healing progress.
  • Administer PRP treatments and educate patients on long-term hair health (minoxidil, finasteride, etc.).

Patient Education & Support:

  • Guide patients through the full process with empathy and professionalism.
  • Address concerns, reinforce expectations, and ensure patient satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the team to support informed patient decisions.

Administrative & Compliance:

  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure HIPAA compliance.
  • Stay current on advancements in hair restoration and medical aesthetics.
  • Contribute to clinic protocols and best practices.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Active Nurse Practitioner license in Florida.
  • DEA license (or willingness to obtain one).
  • 2+ years of experience in aesthetics, dermatology, hair restoration, or plastic surgery.
  • Skilled in local anesthesia administration.
  • Experience with PRP is a plus.
  • Background in injectables (Botox, fillers, PRP/PRF) is highly valued.
  • Excellent patient communication and professionalism.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
