Job Summary:

Our Project Coordinator will support Inter-Con Security's partnership with one of its flagship accounts in Northern California. The Project Coordinator supports project planning, data analysis, and performance tracking to ensure efficient operations and informed decision-making. This role is responsible for collecting, organizing, and reporting project metrics and KPIs through clear visual presentations and accurate data analysis. The Project Coordinator collaborates with cross-functional teams to prepare reports, monitor progress, and identify opportunities for improvement in service delivery and resource utilization.

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Compile reports and identify trends leveraging available data pertaining to officer compliance.

· Once fully onboarded and set up with the proper equipment/tools, ensure these are compliant with training standards.

· Hold high-level client interactions to share data breakdown, process improvements, and regular updates on compliance metrics.

· Create and maintain visual reports and presentations to communicate performance insights

· Utilize PowerPoint skills to design and compile clear, data-driven presentations

Required Skills/Abilities:

· Can independently develop reports, spreadsheets, diagrams, charts, graphs, and other products that may be needed. (e.g. – MS Word, Excel, Access, SharePoint)

· Strong attention to detail and organization skills.

· Understand operational KPIs and ability to utilize and interpret data to drive operations.

· Strong interpersonal, critical thinking and time management skills.

· Comfortable in an ever changing, fast paced, sometimes stressful environment.

· Able to interact in a corporate environment and effectively communicate with all levels of management.

· Must be flexible and possess the ability to meet deadlines in a high tempo environment.

· A dependable team player with business maturity, enthusiasm, and a positive work attitude.

Education and Experience:

· Preferred candidate has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.

· Proven experience maintaining organizational compliance.
