Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a fast-paced dining environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest experiences by delivering high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your ability to multitask and manage time effectively will be key to your success in this role.

You must have a set schedule and availability for "BOTH" lunch and dinner shifts No high school/college students

Responsibilities

  • Complete sidework before (Must arrive by 10:00 a.m. for lunch and 4:30 p.m. for dinner on weekdays; Must arrive by 10:30 a.m. for lunch and 4:00 p.m. for dinner on weekends) and after the shift as well as help with running sidework during the shift.
  • Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
  • Provide detailed information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.
  • Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
  • Handle cash transactions responsibly, maintaining accuracy in cash handling.
  • Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests while checking back for satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and address any guest concerns promptly.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments.
  • Uphold fine dining standards by providing attentive guest services throughout the dining experience.

  • Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail in financial transactions.
  • Excellent guest service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Familiarity with food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
  • Proven sales abilities to promote menu items effectively.
  • Proficient in using POS systems for order entry and payment processing.
  • Experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality settings is preferred.
  • Exceptional time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while maintaining professionalism.
