The candidate should be well versed in project economics and be able to prepare profitable proposals & estimates, assign tasks and related hourly budgets to team members, coordinate with clients to address financial aspects of additional requests and address scope creep, and push to grow the financial efficiency and total size of the candidate's team. The candidate should possess the experience, expertise, and skill to efficiently complete and direct others to complete the tasks listed above.

OPPORTUNITY:

This will enable the individual to continue to learn and grow in the Engineering/Development/Construction industry with hands-on project work relating to Civil-Site Development, Structural Engineering, Design, Project Management, and more.

This position does not consist of repetitive project tasks – we take on new interesting challenges from our clients every day and we work to Engineer Solutions, not just plug something into a template to do again how it's been done a hundred times before. We thrive in a problem solving culture.
