Job Description:

Dynamo Technologies LLC is seeking a Journeyman Cybersecurity Cross Domain Solutions (CDS) Systems Analyst to support HQ AFMC A2 by providing systems engineering analysis, cyber mission risk assessments, and advisory services to strengthen cyber resiliency across the enterprise. The role requires experience with DoDM 8140 systems analysis, Risk Management Framework (RMF), and Intelligence Community (IC) accreditation processes, including NIST SP and ICD 503. The CDS Systems Analyst will evaluate requirements, develop technical solutions, and provide recommendations to ensure mission integration, scalability, and compliance with evolving cybersecurity standards. This position plays a critical role in supporting secure CDS integration while engaging with mission partners, vendors, and stakeholders to advance the overall security posture of HQ AFMC A2.

This role is on-site at Wright Patterson AFB in Dayton, Ohio.

Duties/ Responsibilities

• Provide systems engineering analysis, including gathering and evaluating requirements, translating them into technical solutions, and recommending approaches to ensure project schedules and budgets support Intelligence Community (IC) priorities.
• Conduct cyber mission risk analysis by appraising system security designs, recommending technical implementations, and reviewing documentation to identify cybersecurity or compliance issues.
• Support monitoring and oversight of CDS systems portfolio, including tracking and managing cyber resiliency risks, assessing emerging technologies, and staying aware of evolving cybersecurity threats.
• Provide assessment and authorization support for formal security assessments, readiness inspections, and accreditation processes.
• Consult with mission partners to identify and evaluate requirements and develop appropriate technical solutions.
• Coordinate with equipment manufacturers and vendors to document new or emerging CDS capabilities.
• Support mission-related travel for site assessments, installations, forums, conferences, and program management reviews.

Required Skills/Abilities

• Current understanding of DoD acquisition processes to ensure timely and synchronized schedule integration of cybersecurity requirements into program schedules and milestones through various acquisition program integrated product teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in team environments.
• Possess DoD M IAM Level II certification
• U.S. citizenship required

Nice to Have Skills

• Minimum of five years of direct experience working with Cross Domain Solutions (CDS).
• Experience supporting HQ AFMC A2 or other Intelligence Community mission environments.
• Familiarity with enterprise cybersecurity resiliency programs and IC mission integration requirements.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor�s degree and three years of experience ( Computer science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field preferred)
• or Six years of relevant work experience
• Possess DoD M IAM Level II certification

Travel Requirement:

• Occasional, including site visits, assessments, and program reviews.

Clearance Requirement:

• Active TS/SCI
