Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer specializing in Site Development to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and overseeing the development of various site projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and client specifications. This role involves collaborating with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality civil engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and analyze site development plans and strategies.
• Coordinate with clients and project stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
• Conduct site assessments to evaluate land use and environmental impact.
• Prepare and review engineering calculations, specifications, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding site development and construction.
• Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure successful completion of projects.
• Utilize software tools such as AutoCAD and Civil 3D for drafting and design purposes.
• Oversee the construction process, providing technical guidance and support to field personnel.
• Prepare permitting documents and submissions for municipal approvals.
• Implement stormwater management practices and drainage designs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 1+ years of experience in civil engineering with a focus on site development.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant engineering software.
• Knowledge of land development principles and practices.
• Familiarity with municipal construction and design standards.
• Experience in project management and coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
