Arcadis is seeking a Project Civil Engineer to join our Design & Engineering team within the North America Places group. We are looking to grow our team of skilled multi-disciplinary engineers and engineering consultants throughout North America. This is a key location-based position.

Role Description:
The Engineering Team at Arcadis is experiencing exciting growth, and we are thrilled to announce a new and exciting career opportunity for a Civil Engineer with EIT qualifications, specializing in Land/Site Development, to join our dynamic team in our New Jersey office. Role Accountabilities:
- Assist in the design and execution of civil infrastructure and site development projects for public and private sector clients
- Support project teams in preparing and completing construction documents and related deliverables
- Perform civil engineering design tasks, including site and roadway layout, site grading and drainage, and utility sizing and layout, etc.
- Stormwater management design, including retention/detention facilities
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective coordination and problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle
- Work with municipalities to obtain permits and ensure compliance with local regulations and standards
Qualifications & Experience:
- 2 or more years working on civil development projects for the private and/or public sector
- Detailed knowledge of relevant national/state standards and codes of practice
- Engineer in Training (EIT) Certification preferred
- Experience working with internal or external Teams as well as stakeholders, and can develop positive relationships with all parties

Arcadis offers benefits for full time and part time positions. These benefits include medical, dental, and vision, EAP, 401K, STD, LTD, AD&D, life insurance, paid parental leave, reward & recognition program and optional benefits including wellbeing benefits, adoption assistance and tuition reimbursement. We offer nine paid holidays and 15 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $66,454 to $106,326. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and location.
