This role is onsite in Stockton, CA. The hours are 6:00AM-2:30PM, Monday-Friday.

Kevin's Natural Foods is on the hunt for a Logistics Coordinator. If you are organized, resourceful, humble, and hungry, please read on. Our company manufactures healthy, easy-to-prepare meals and ships them all over the country to world class retailers like Costco, Whole Foods, and Target. This role will be responsible for assisting the Logistics Manager in all activities related to fulfilling, coordinating, and tracking shipments as well as receiving deliveries at our 3 warehouse locations. The position is in person at our manufacturing facility in Stockton, CA.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assisting with scheduling shipments
  • Tracking shipments and proactively flags and investigates delays
  • Reviewing freight invoices for accuracy
  • Coordinating fulfillment paperwork
  • Receiving shipments in the ERP system
  • Maintaining and managing receiving schedule
  • Greeting and checking in truck drivers
  • Filing logistics and fulfillment paperwork

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Communicates clearly and effectively
  • Proficient in excel
  • Exhibits strong organizational and planning abilities
  • Demonstrates solid problem-solving and analytical skills

Background and Experience

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Previous logistics and/or production planning work experience preferred

Job Type: Temporary

Pay: $ $22.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
