.What will you do everyday?

As a Senior FP&A Business Partner, you will:

• Drive Financial Record Maintenance: Record day-to-day financial transactions (e.g., purchases, sales, receipts, and payments), maintain accurate general ledger entries, reconcile bank and credit card statements monthly. Reconcile all cash transactions, such as expenses from Expensify, credit card charges, post transactions for stock option exercised, etc.
• Identify opportunities for revenue growth and margin improvement - work with functional/business line leaders to execute on those opportunities
• Work closely with Sales Operation, Customer Success Operations and Accounting to effectively scale quote to cash processes and tools

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Sales Operation, Customer Success Operations and Accounting to effectively scale quote to cash processes and tools
• Finance Business Partner to Suki's business lines
• Complex and dynamic forecasting and business modeling for the Suki business lines
• Complex "Deal Desk" type pricing and gross margin analysis
• Business Case Modeling for future business investment
• Experience at a complex, scaling, SaaS business, ideally some healthcare tech experience

Requirements

• Experience: 5-7 years experience in Start-up experience preferred, comfortable navigating/working in a fast-paced. environment
• Deep modeling expertise, must be and expert in excel 
• Exceptional verbal, written, communication, and presentation skills.
• Education: Bachelor's degree Required; MS preferred.

In compliance with the State of California Pay Transparency Law, the base salary range for this role is between $145,000 - $165,000 in CA.  This range is not inclusive of any discretionary bonus or equity package. When determining a candidate's compensation, we consider a number of factors including skillset, experience, job scope, and current market data.
