Job Description
As a Security Officer - Unarmed Aerospace Patrols in Savannah, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents through your visible presence and proactive engagement. You will perform routine patrols, respond to alarm panels, and provide outstanding customer service, all while supporting a collaborative team environment that values integrity, innovation, and putting people first. This is a driving post.

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, adhering to site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities as needed.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support the security-related needs of the location.Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe for any unusual conditions.Monitor access points and observe for any suspicious activities or individuals within the location.Document and report all incidents, observations, and activities according to established protocols.Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and/or contractors while upholding the standards of Allied Universal.Remain alert to changing conditions and potential security-related risks within the aerospace and defense environment.Minimum Requirements:
A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.Applicants must have at least 1 year of law enforcement experience or 2 years of security supervisor or manager experience or 3 years of security-related experience.Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.Alarm panel experience is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Closing
