Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated Packaging Workers to join our team in our medical marijuana packaging facility. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in packaging products while ensuring high-quality standards are met. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Duties

  • Operate machinery and equipment in the facility to produce and/or package products according to specifications.
  • Conduct quality checks throughout the production/packaging process to maintain high standards of output.
  • Assist in the movement of materials within the warehouse and manufacturing facility as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines effectively.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
  • Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues with equipment and report any significant problems to supervisors.

Requirements

  • Basic Qualifications – Required: At least 21 years old per state law
  • Ability to work well with others and independently
  • Ability to learn and adapt to various strains, styles, and types of cannabis production and packaging processes and to manage your time in a fast paced environment to meet goals without sacrificing quality
  • Ability to adapt quickly to change and be open to cross training in other areas
  • Ability to maintain a high standard of health and hygiene as required by OSHA
  • Ability to follow basic instructions and be receptive to feedback/coaching from the management team to maintain product quality

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour
