Production & Packaging Associate Job Description:

As a Production & Packaging Associate, you will be tubing/labeling/bundling pre-rolls helping to fulfill orders.

Responsibilities:

  • Tube, label, and bundle pre-rolls
  • Assist with order preparation and fulfillment
  • Maintain an organized and clean work environment
  • Support the production team as needed

Quality Control and Compliance:

  • Follow established guidelines to maintain consistent output quality.
  • Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies.

Teamwork and Communication:

  • Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks efficiently.
  • Contribute to a positive work environment by collaborating with colleagues.

Health and Safety:

  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment by adhering to all safety protocols.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Reliable Transportation: Must have dependable transportation to and from work.
  • OMMA Credentials: Valid OMMA (Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority) credentials.
  • Age Requirement: Must be 21 years or older to work in a regulated cannabis environment.
  • Previous Experience: Experience in a manufacturing, production, or similar role is a plus, especially in the cannabis industry.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to focus on precision and consistency, especially in weighing, packaging, and labeling tasks.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation: Ensure all tools, surfaces, and equipment are thoroughly cleaned and left in proper condition at the end of each shift.
  • Work Ethic: Strong commitment to quality, reliability, and teamwork.
  • Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of and willingness to comply with state regulations and cannabis industry standards.
