Business Development Associate, Commercial Charging

What to Expect

Tesla is seeking a motivated and high-energy short-term contractor to support our Commercial Charging Sales team, focused on Supercharger, Semi-Charging, and Wall Connector programs across North America.

You will help scale Tesla's charging network by supporting sales, partner engagement, and program operations. This is a hands-on opportunity to work directly with Tesla's Business Development team, gaining exposure to large-scale commercial charging projects that power fleets, businesses, and communities.

What You'll Do

• Support sales and business development efforts for Supercharger, Semi-Charging, and Wall Connector programs
• Help identify and qualify new commercial opportunities across fleet, retail, and real estate sectors
• Maintain CRM tools, dashboards, and sales documentation to ensure accurate tracking and reporting
• Assist in partner outreach, onboarding, and coordination of site-level activities
• Conduct research on EV charging trends, incentives, and competitors to inform strategy
• Contribute to the creation of marketing and training materials for partners and internal teams

Expected Compensation

• Associate Technical Construction Project Manager - $79,200 - $118,800/annual salary
• Technical Construction Project Manager - $90,000 - $135,000/annual salary
• Sr Technical Construction Project Manager - $111,600 - $167,400/annual salary
• Staff Technical Construction Project Manager - $129,600 - $194,400/annual salary
• Sr Staff Technical Construction Project Manager - $154,800 - $232,200/annual salary

• Principal Technical Construction Project Manager - $180,000 - $270,000/annual salary

Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
