Leasing Consultant

Skyline Property Management is a family-owned company that has been in business for more than 55 years. We are seeking a motivated Leasing Consultant to join our team at Summit View Village Apartments a 285-unit property in Golden, Colorado.

Salary:

• $19.00-$20.00 per hour
• $ $75.00 for every new lease and lease renewal
• Quarterly Bonus (up to $875.00 per quarter)

Essential Responsibilities:

• Meet and greet prospective residents, current residents, and vendors
• Tour apartments and property amenities with prospective residents
• Project a favorable image of the apartment community to achieve property objectives
• Process application(s), move-in and renewal paperwork
• Answer incoming phone calls
• Use on-site property management software to track apartment availability, record leasing activities, and manage resident data.
• Promptly process service requests from residents
• Respond to email inquiries from both current and future residents in a professional and timely manner
• Review and assist in completing market survey reports
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the property and competition, as well as market conditions
• Perform various administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Previous experience with AppFolio is a plus
• Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively
• Basic computer skills required
• Available to work Saturdays
