Sr Program Manager
Job Description:

• Strategic Program Management
• Lead large-scale, cross-functional programs from initiation to successful execution, often involving multiple stakeholder groups and executive-level visibility.
• Identify and manage program risks, develop mitigation strategies, and drive accountability to milestones and outcomes.
• Translate strategic objectives into operational plans and ensure execution against goals across diverse teams.
• Executive Enablement & Communication
• Partner with the Senior Director to create executive-facing materials including decks, one-pagers, and reports that support decision-making and strategic alignment.
• Facilitate workshops and drive high-impact discussions with internal stakeholders across Sales, Legal, Finance, and Partner Operations.
• Partner Lifecycle Enablement
• Own the development and maintenance of scalable tools and resources (e.g., SharePoint sites, playbooks, templates) that support the end-to-end partner lifecycle.
• Standardize and document programmatic workflows to ensure alignment, consistency, and enablement across partner types and functions.
• Contract Lifecycle & Governance
• Serve as the program lead for contract management activities, supporting cross-functional workshops and ensuring cohesive alignment across legal, operations, and partner-facing teams.
• Liaise with administrative support to ensure visibility, governance, and process adherence in contract workflows.
• Systems & Tools Oversight
• Utilize and optimize platforms such as SharePoint, Salesforce, and to support program tracking, visibility, and adoption.
• Define and monitor program KPIs, reporting progress regularly to stakeholders and adapting plans based on insights.

• You thrive in complex environments, navigate ambiguity with confidence, and are passionate about enabling others through structure, clarity, and purpose-built programs.

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in strategic program management, operations, or business transformation—preferably in a SaaS or tech environment.
• Strong track record of delivering large-scale, cross-functional programs involving executive stakeholders.
• Expertise in collaboration tools including SharePoint, Salesforce, and
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex ideas into clear narratives.
• Deep understanding of stakeholder engagement, program planning, and change management principles.
• Comfortable building from the ground up, driving user adoption, and embedding sustainable processes.
• Bonus Points
• Experience working within or adjacent to Partner, Channel, or Ecosystem teams.
• Familiarity with executive-level reporting and communication best practices.
