About ProWatch Solutions, Inc.

ProWatch Solutions uses AI and other analytic tools to provide security and theft monitoring services for the unattended retail industry. Our solution, which leverages integrations with industry-leading cloud camera products in tandem with our proprietary SaaS platform for back-end monitoring and theft identification, provides the micro market operator insight into their markets and solutions for theft identification and deterrence. Our mission is to reduce theft in micro markets on average by 4%-6% while helping increase revenue.

ProWatch Solutions Inc. develops, manages, and sells the Automated Retail Management System (ARMS). ARMS allows companies to remotely manage their unattended retail locations, known as micro markets. These micro markets allow customers to select snacks, food, and beverages and use a self-checkout kiosk to make their purchases. These micro markets are often located in factory and office breakrooms, schools, and other locations, often replacing traditional vending machines. ARMS utilizes video from surveillance cameras and data from micro market management systems and applies AI and other analytics to identify theft and missed sales opportunities, presenting this information to users as actionable data.

The goal of ARMS is to allow companies to use technology to identify events and conditions, typically identified by an on-site attendant, in locations too small to justify on-site staff.

About the Role

ProWatch Solutions is seeking a driven Sales Executive to help grow our footprint in the unattended retail and micro market industries. In this role, you will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and lead qualification to contract negotiation and deal closing—while also building strong long-term client relationships. You will:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers and grow revenue.
  • Manage the full sales cycle remotely, from lead generation and demos to closing deals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with executives and decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to craft tailored proposals and technology solutions.
  • Deliver compelling software demos remotely.
  • Communicate the value of our proprietary solution to win new business.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts for our SaaS subscription product.
  • Represent ProWatch Solutions at trade shows, webinars, and industry events.
  • Pitch in occasionally to assist other teams as needed—it's part of the ProWatch team culture.

You are:

  • Proven Closer: Uses 5+ years of success in B2B sales (ideally in SaaS, technology, or security solutions) to secure deals and close new business.

  • Confident Presenter: You can engage effectively with executive-level stakeholders both in person and virtually.
  • Results-Driven: You are excited to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets and pipeline goals.
  • Tech-Savvy: You're comfortable with Salesforce (preferred), Zoom (preferred), Microsoft Office (Word and Excel required; Outlook and PowerPoint preferred), and CRM systems.
  • Team Player: You're collaborative, adaptable, and willing to wear multiple hats when needed.
