As a Security Professional Armed Government Patrol Supervisor in Nashville, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more.

As a Patrol Armed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a vital role in maintaining a secure environment at a government location. Your responsibilities include conducting regular patrols, remaining highly visible to help deter security-related incidents, and responding promptly to any situations that arise. You will interact with visitors and staff, providing outstanding customer service and clear communication while upholding the highest standards of professionalism. What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at government locations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, utilizing armed patrol protocols as required by the post profile.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Monitor access points and verify identification of individuals entering or exiting the government facility.
• Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and/or hazards according to Allied Universal and client site policies.
• Collaborate with law enforcement and/or emergency personnel when necessary to support incident response at the location.
• Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential threats and provide reassurance to staff and visitors at the government site.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have a minimum of three years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or possess a college degree.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
