We are currently seeking a qualified and motivated individual to join our team. POSITION SUMMARY:

The Project Coordinator must be highly organized, and detail oriented to support the planning and execution of construction projects from pre-construction through start-up. The ideal candidate will support project managers and help ensure our pre-construction process and project start-up processes are carried out thoroughly.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


• Coordinate pre-construction activities including pre-bid meetings, RFIs and any pre-job/pre-bid coordination


• Coordinate pre-job activities including pre-job meetings, permitting and submittals.


• Communicate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow


• Viewpoint TEAM management


• Maintain and update the project RFIs and submittals logs


• Support the preparation of bids


• Follow up with subcontractors & conduct post bid sub calls


• Material product research & ordering


• Attend project meetings as needed; prepare meeting agendas and notes


• Maintain up-to-date and organized project documentation for your assigned areas


• Manage all project closeout documentation

QUALIFICATIONS
:


• 1–3 years of experience in a construction coordination or administrative role


• Knowledge of construction processes, terminology, and documentation


• Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills


• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications


• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
