Job Description

We're building a cross-functional product team that owns end-to-end solutions for animal identification and monitoring and, as Product Manager, you'll share leadership with a Technology Lead and work closely with a Product Designer, engineers, delivery leads and commercial partners. You'll help shape strategy, discover valuable customer outcomes, and drive delivery and adoption.

Bring energy, knowledge, innovation to carry out the following:

Product Strategy & Ownership

  • Own a product through its full lifecycle: vision, strategy, roadmap and outcomes
  • Build business cases, market valuations and value propositions for new capabilities
  • Identify unmet customer needs and market opportunities

Customer & Market Insight

  • Lead continuous discovery: customer interviews, surveys, field visits and advisory groups
  • Translate insights into a prioritized backlog and outcome-focused roadmap
  • Monitor industry trends and competitors to refine strategy

Cross-Functional Leadership & Collaboration

  • Connect teams directly with customers to maintain alignment and focus
  • Partner with commercial teams to validate value propositions and support go-to-market
  • Work closely with the Technology Lead, designers and engineers to discover, validate and deliver solutions
  • Lead efforts to increase adoption, retention and growth through coordinated marketing and customer success activities

Go-to-Market & Commercialization

  • Drive release planning, launch execution and ongoing product support with cross-functional partners
  • Coordinate with supply chain and manufacturing as needed to bring products to market efficiently
  • Establish customer success frameworks and support models to maximize adoption and satisfaction

Performance & Accountability

  • Own financial planning and be accountable for product financial performance
  • Maintain and prioritize the backlog to maximize value and sustainability
  • Define and track product metrics, run business reviews, and adjust strategy based on results
  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability and continuous improvement

What skills you will need:

In order to excel in this role, you will more than likely have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, Animal or Life Sciences, Veterinary Medicine or related field — or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience in agriculture technology, livestock management or animal health
  • Demonstrated experience with modern product discovery and delivery methods
  • Experience working on technology-powered products in roles such as Product Manager, Product Designer, Engineer, Data Analyst or Data Scientist
  • Ability to work across multiple functions (engineering, design, finance, sales, marketing)
  • Strong problem-solving and risk-assessment skills; able to build structured, data-informed narratives
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate with engineers, designers, stakeholders and senior leaders
  • Excellent communication skills and a track record of leading through influence
  • Ownership mindset and comfort committing to measurable outcomes
  • Passion for inclusive teamwork and fostering innovation across diverse teams
