Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Plumbing Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves identifying new sales opportunities, developing strong customer relationships, and promoting plumbing products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of plumbing systems, excellent communication skills, and a passion for closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct on-site visits to assess customer plumbing needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Prepare and present detailed sales estimates, quotes, and proposals.
  • Educate customers on product options, warranties, financing, and maintenance services.
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing, referrals, and customer inquiries.
  • Collaborate with plumbing technicians to ensure accurate scope and pricing of work.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets and performance goals.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and sales in the CRM system.
  • Stay current with industry trends, codes, and product offerings.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency with Service Titan software
  • 4+ years of experience in plumbing sales, construction sales, or a similar field.
  • Working knowledge of plumbing systems and terminology (not required but highly preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Skills

  • Background in plumbing or trades.
  • Experience with in-home or consultative selling.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Pay: $70, $150,000.00 per year
