Job Summary

The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for developing new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers in the wholesale cabinetry sector. This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual with a passion for sales and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the designated territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular communication and visits.
  • Present and promote the company's cabinetry products to potential and existing customers.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations to clients.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to close deals.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Attend trade shows and other sales-related events to promote the company and generate leads.

Minimum Qualifications

· High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant education is a plus.

  • Minimum of 1 year of related industry experience (e.g., cabinetry, construction, interior design).
  • Proven track record of success in outside sales.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
