Job Overview:

Are you ready to take your hotel sales experience to the next level—without the long hours or on-property pressure? This corporate-based Sales Coordinator position allows you to leverage your hospitality knowledge in a professional office environment supporting multiple hotel brands under our portfolio.

Based at our Irvine corporate office, this role focuses on sales coordination, client communication, and business development support for our hotels. You'll assist the Corporate Director of Sales and General Managers by managing RFPs, organizing contracts, tracking leads, and ensuring all sales efforts across properties run smoothly.

What You'll Do:

  • Support the sales efforts of multiple hotels by coordinating proposals, contracts, and client correspondence.
  • Manage incoming RFPs and assist with rate loading, account setup, and brand system submissions.
  • Maintain client and account data across various hotel systems to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Track production, monitor goals, and prepare weekly sales reports for leadership review.
  • Communicate with brand representatives, travel managers, and key accounts to ensure contract compliance and renewals.
  • Collaborate with property-level sales teams to align on strategy, follow up on leads, and ensure client satisfaction.
