The Role: In a Nutshell

The Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a critical role in TimeDoc's growth, facilitating the recruiting process for a myriad of corporate roles, and our fastest growing department - the clinical care team.

Reporting to the Director, Human Capital, this role requires a collaborative talent acquisition professional ready to roll up their sleeves to ensure we meet all recruiting deadlines while optimizing our recruiting processes and uncovering market insights to help us get better at attracting and retaining the best talent.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the candidate pipeline from top of funnel through reference checks, sourcing, resume review, assessments, initial interviews, final interviews, candidate follow up, verbal and written offers, verifying credentialing and initiating background checks
  • Ensuring that every step of the hiring process provides an excellent candidate experience - marked by engaging and authentic conversations, quick response times, and kind but honest feedback when appropriate
  • Working with the TA team to build a recruiting marketing plan for corporate and care team roles, including refining and creating marketing content to drive inbound leads, as well as refining our candidate profiles and identifying fruitful sources and tools for proactively sourcing candidates
  • Taking a continuous improvement approach to our hiring for these essential roles by:
  • AB testing different job postings, titles posted, etc. to find the best places and ways to attract amazing talent
  • Working closely with the hiring managers to identify the most effective screening questions, interview techniques and practical case studies to more accurately identify candidates who will enjoy and perform well in these roles
  • Adapting our processes as needed to accommodate the growth in class sizes over time
  • As necessary, working with external recruiters to supplement our pipeline of candidates to fulfill all care team hiring needs
  • Partnering with our Training Team to make the handoff as new hires are onboarded in their first days
  • As our business changes and expands, collaborate with hiring managers to define new roles, recruiting needs and processes that will allow us to scale effectively and efficiently.
  • Gathering salary benchmarking data for our hiring managers and advising on appropriate compensation levels for individuals based on role, experience and location
  • Defining, benchmarking, measuring and reporting on meaningful recruiting KPIs to help us understand our progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Other recruiting and HR tasks are necessary for our team to deliver the talent TimeDoc needs to succeed in its mission of improving the health of patients living with chronic illness. Examples include:
  • Projects to review the competencies and needs of various roles within TimeDoc
  • Supporting our ongoing TA and Talent Management projects
  • Gathering data and reviewing to support decision making that will drive more efficient TA processes

Requirements:

  • At least 2-3 years of recruiting experience in the healthcare space required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated success recruiting for corporate roles, and high-volume roles
  • Proficiency with job posting and sourcing resources (LinkedIn, Indeed, Handshake, etc.)
  • Strong user-side tech skills to work with our ATS (currently iSolved Hire), Google Suite, virtual meeting and interviewing tools
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Process-focused approach with desire to roll-up your sleeves and solve problems
