We're looking for a highly motivated, entrepreneurial Outside Sales Professional to help us build and grow our presence across the Grand Strand. This is not your average sales job — it's a chance to help shape the future of a new market while earning uncapped commissions in a rewarding, relationship-driven industry.
- What You'll Do
· Prospect, network, and generate your own leads in both residential and commercial markets.
· Build relationships with homeowners, property managers, real estate professionals, and builders to develop recurring service accounts.
· Conduct thorough pest and termite inspections and prepare customized proposals.
· Follow up on warm leads provided by the company, but also create your own opportunities through community involvement and field activity.
· Collaborate with operations and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
· Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates through CRM and company systems.
- What We're Looking For
· A true self-starter who thrives in autonomy — someone who asks, 'What else can I do?' instead of waiting to be told.
· Minimum 3 years of sales experience (pest control, home services, or construction industry preferred).
· Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
· A strong work ethic with the ability to plan your own schedule and deliver results.
· Confidence in inspecting properties and presenting customized solutions.
· Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
