Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Houston, TX, for a Merchandising Team Lead. The role involves supervising and guiding the team in executing merchandising plans, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring appealing visual displays. Responsibilities also include fostering excellent customer experiences, overseeing product placement, and ensuring compliance with company guidelines. The Merchandising Team Lead works collaboratively with team members to create a positive, results-driven retail environment.

Qualifications

  • Team Leadership and Retail experience to effectively guide and motivate team members in a retail setting
  • Customer Service and Customer Experience skills to deliver exceptional interactions that enhance satisfaction
  • Inventory Management expertise to ensure stock accuracy, organization, and proper product placement
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintain a positive attitude, and adapt to changing priorities
  • Previous experience in merchandising or retail management is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or retail management is an asset
