Work experience: Must have 3 years of experience in Medical Front Office, primary care setting
Exceptional customer service skills. Empathetic, meticulous and caring.
Minimum education: Medical Assistant or Front Office training.
Able to multi task answering phone, greeting and checking out patients, schedule appointments, and triage calls appropriately. Knowledge of medical terminology is essential. Have experience in prior authorizations and referrals.
Previous experience with an Electronic Medical System a plus.
