Fives DyAG Corp is seeking a FP&A Analyst in the Pittsburgh, PA area.
Summary
We are seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Finance Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, a passion for continuous improvement, and the ability to collaborate across functions in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

  • Support daily, weekly, and monthly financial consolidation processes including P&L tracking and close activities.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and budgeting cycles.
  • Analyze plant spending and monitor spend management systems.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages for senior leadership.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning
  • Analyze manufacturing cost structures, including direct labor, materials, and overhead
  • Partner with operations and supply chain teams to understand cost drivers and identify efficiency opportunities
  • Prepare monthly financial reports, variance analyses, and KPI dashboards for senior leadership
  • Support scenario planning and sensitivity analyses to evaluate business risks and opportunities
  • Assist in capital expenditure planning and ROI analysis for new projects and equipment
  • Monitor inventory levels and working capital metrics to optimize cash flow
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with operational strategies
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in finance and/or accounting.
  • Prior manufacturing experience
  • Strong MS Office experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in cost accounting and financial analysis within a manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with Hyperion and other financial systems.
  • Advanced degree or certification (MBA, CPA, CMA) preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in querying databases and working with large data sets.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and support process improvement initiatives.
