Senior Manager, Corporate FP&AEos Energy Enterprises, Inc. is accelerating the shift to American energy independence with positively ingenious solutions that transform how the world stores power. It is safe, scalable, efficient, sustainable, manufactured in the U.S., and the core of our innovative systems that today provides utility, industrial, and commercial customers with a proven, reliable energy storage alternative for 3 to 12-hour applications.The Senior Manager, Corporate FP&A will play a critical part in shaping the company's future through ownership of key financial modeling initiatives, including the development and refinement of the annual operating plan and 5-year strategic plan. Reporting to the Director of Corporate FP&A, this role will lead budgeting and forecasting processes, drive automation and scalability of recurring reporting, and deliver enhanced business insights to support executive decision-making.Location: Hybrid in Pittsburgh, PennsylvaniaResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain complex financial models as part of the company's forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning processes (annual budgeting, quarterly forecast updates, and the company's 5-year strategic plan)Drive process improvements and automation to enhance scalability, data integrity, and actionable insights across FP&A functionsDevelop and maintain excellent relationships with colleagues across the business to foster an effective cross functional working environment and collaborative spiritLead, mentor, and develop Financial Analysts on the team, fostering growth through hands-on coaching, skill-building, and exposure to strategic financial planning activitiesPlay a key role in evaluating, selecting, and implementing new financial planning tools and systems to support the company's growthEducation and ExperienceBachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related discipline requiredMBA preferredEight (8+ or more) years of experience requiredKnowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesExpert at financial modeling and Microsoft ExcelStrong business acumen with a deep understanding of corporate and commercial finance, strategic planning, and value creation driversExceptional analytical and quantitative skills with high attention to detailThorough knowledge of financial statements and corporate financeExperience building or leading the development of dashboards and automated reporting with Microsoft Power BI or other business intelligence tools.Highly motivated with demonstrated experience managing multiple projects in a fast paced, deadline-oriented work environmentSelf-starter who will anticipate challenges and work proactively to resolve issuesComfortable working within an entrepreneurial, "roll-up your sleeves" environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsTeam player with a customer service mentalityPrior manufacturing industry experience preferredTravelLocal Travel: Less than 10%Working ConditionsOffice Environment - Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time and occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. Required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading. May be required to exert up to 25 pounds of force occasionally to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
