Requirements

Educational Background: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree in business or related field is preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer service, with a proven track record of success.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective interaction with clients.

Customer Service Orientation: Driven to provide exceptional customer service and solve problems efficiently.

Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members.
