We are seeking two staff:

1- Full-Time - Weekdays, some weekends, 40 hours.

2- Part-Time - Weekdays, some weekends, 20+ hours.

The starting hourly rate is $20.00/hour.

In this role, you will be responsible for enforcing parking regulations, providing customer service to visitors, and performing light lot maintenance/cleaning. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to work independently, and possess excellent communication and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enforce parking regulations and issue citations when necessary.
  • Monitor parking areas to ensure compliance with parking regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service to visitors, answering questions and providing assistance as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized parking area by removing trash and debris.
  • Report any issues regarding signage or maintenance issues to management.
  • Maintaining signage clean, visible and in good condition; switching signage out to replace old, making sure that all signage is on walls/fences etc.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to follow policies and procedures.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, and rain.
