Overview

The Information Systems Inventory Analyst, or Asset Management Analyst is responsible for helping maintain the technology inventory for the hospital. This incumbent assists in the development of asset management control procedures and policies and is responsible for maintaining an accurate picture of current and deployed inventory. #LI-DNI

The ideal candidate will have experience using Service Now for HamPro and SamPro. #LI-Onsite

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate assessment of software & technology inventory. Assist with obtaining quotes for hardware & software 
• Assist with coordination of repairs and replacement of malfunctioning hardware while providing communication with end users on status.
• Maintain current technology & software standards for department.
• Maintain current license for software , creating entitlement and models
• Maintain competency in field using a variety of methods.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree and preferred experience in inventory management using Service Now for HamPro and SamPro
• High School diploma, or equivalent, 2 years experience accepted in lieu of a degree

Starting Pay

Our pay ranges are market competitive. The pay range for this job begins at $20.69/hr, but your offer will be determined based on your education and experience.
