Description:
The Judge Group is seeking a
Logistics Analyst
for our client in their Carrollton, TX area corporate offices.

COMPENSATION:
$65,000 to $70,000

LOCATION:
Fully onsite

  • MUST HAVE: BS in supply chain management, Logistics, Business (Preferred)

MUST HAVE:
3+ experience in a Supply Chain analyst data driven position in a Manufacturing company

MUST HAVE:
Very strong Excel and data analysis skills (Power BI, SQL, or similar tools a plus) MUST HAV

Responsibilities

  • Analyze transportation and distribution data including freight spend, carrier performance, and shipping metrics
  • Create reporting tools
  • Manage carrier and vendor performance
  • Support logistics initiatives to ensure timely delivery
  • Create dashboards and KPI reports
  • Conduct root-cause analysis for service failures
  • Evaluate shipping lanes, mode selection, and routing
  • Freight forecasting and capacity planning
  • Participate in freight bid events and rate negotiations
  • Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and operations teams
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives including lean, Six Sigma, etc.
  • Maintain logistics systems ERP, TMS, and related tools
  • Develop models to forecast logistics spend

Education And Experience

  • BS in supply chain management, Logistics, Business (Preferred)
  • 3+ experience in a Supply Chain analyst data driven position in a Manufacturing company
  • Knowledge of domestic and international freight operations
  • Very strong Excel and data analysis skills (Power BI, SQL, or similar tools a plus) MUST HAVE
  • ERP experience (Infor, Oracle, SAP, or similar)
  • Lean / Six Sigma certification preferred
  • US Citizen or Green Card Holder
