WHAT YOU'LL DO

The Director of Alumni Relations is responsible for all facets of the Foundation's Alumni Relations Program. Working collaboratively with the Associate Vice President of Institutional Advancement (AVP) of the FSCJ Foundation, this position develops and implements strategic plans to maximize relationships with and for all constituents including alumni and friends of the College. The Director of Alumni Relations works closely with Campus Deans, faculty, and related campus programs to build relationships, create and sustain existing partnerships, and host alumni-related events. This position will collaborate across the college and foundation to serve as an ambassador to further our philanthropic mission, values, and strategic priorities.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

At a minimum the selected candidate must have a bachelor's degree in a related field from a regionally accredited institution and two (2) years of alumni relations, event management, advancement, or marketing experience. Additionally, the preferred candidate will have a bachelor's degree in public relations, marketing, communications or business from a regionally accredited institution and five (5) or more years of related experience in higher education or nonprofit organization setting and proficiency with CRM databases and event management tools.
