You'll be representing an exciting boxing and fitness brand by connecting with shoppers at the Tucson Mall, distributing our gym marketing materials, and generating new member leads.

This isn't a typical hourly job, it's an opportunity to earn unlimited income, develop valuable marketing experience, and work in a fun, fast-paced environment.

  • Unlimited Earnings: Earn $4.00 per lead with no cap on how much you can make. If you get 5 leads per hour, you're already at $20.00 per hour.

What You'll Do

  • Engage shoppers and start conversations in a friendly, confident way.
  • Share info about our services and collect basic customer details (leads).
  • Represent the brand with energy and professionalism.

What It Takes

  • A positive, outgoing personality.
  • Comfort approaching and speaking to people face-to-face.
  • Reliability and willingness to learn.
  • Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
