The Development Project Manager will lead and manage development projects for the Infor Configure Price Quote (CPQ) Team, ensuring timely and successful release delivery. This role will also serve as the Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies, managing team workflows, and removing impediments to ensure a high-performing and collaborative development environment. The ideal candidate will have a background in project management, Agile methodologies, and experience working with complex software systems.

A Day In the Life Typically Includes:

• Oversee end-to-end project delivery for the Infor CPQ Team, ensuring releases are on time and meet quality standards.
• Serve as Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
• Manage and coordinate release schedules, dependencies, and risks across multiple development teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, status reports, and dashboards to provide transparency on progress and risks.
• Actively identify, document, and resolve project challenges, ensuring obstacles are removed to support team productivity.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by promoting Agile best practices and driving process optimizations.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience in project management, with a focus on software development projects.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and best practices.
• Experience managing complex software development projects and delivering on time and within scope.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with Configure Price Quote (CPQ) solutions, ERP systems, or other enterprise software platforms.
• Certifications such as PMI-ACP, PMP, or SAFe certifications.
• Familiarity with development processes, including CI/CD pipelines and release management.
• Technical background or experience in software development is a plus.
• Experience working with Generative AI (GenAI) technologies and tools, with the ability to identify innovative applications in project management, Agile workflows, or development
