About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to oversee projects

across Texas, Georgia, Washington, D.C., Virginia, and Florida.

This full-time position requires occasional travel to job sites. If you are a self-driven leader

who excels at managing complex, high-end architectural projects, this is an excellent opportunity

Key Responsibilities

 Manage and oversee architectural metal projects from contract signing through

completion.

 Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

 Conduct job site visits to ensure quality control and effective project execution.

 Collaborate closely with engineering, purchasing, production, and installation teams

to ensure alignment and efficiency.

 Maintain clear and proactive communication with clients, general contractors, vendors,

and field teams to anticipate and resolve issues early.

 Track project financials, manage change orders, and issue RFIs to ensure adherence to

scope and budget.

 Identify potential project challenges and implement proactive solutions.

 Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related matters.

Qualifications

 5+ years of project management experience in custom steelwork, architectural

specialties, or commercial construction.

 Proven ability to manage multiple projects valued between $300K and $2M+.

 Strong knowledge of architectural fabrication, installation methods, and materials.

 Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strengths in scheduling, budgeting, and

problem-solving.

 Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools (experience with

Microsoft Teams preferred).

 Willing to learn trade-specific software.

 Self-starter who thrives in a remote environment and communicates effectively with

internal and external teams.

 Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

 Willing and able to travel to job sites as needed.
