Your Impact

1. Strategic Program & Financial Management

2. Executive Administrative Support

  • Proactively manage complex, global calendars, coordinate complex meetings, and organize executive leadership sessions.

  • Oversee domestic and international travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reports.

  • Maintain high levels of confidentiality, professionalism, and executive presence at all times.

3. AI Readiness

  • Optimize Executive Time: Utilize intelligent scheduling tools for complex global calendars, proactively managing time and resolving conflicts.

  • Enhance Strategic Output: Leverage AI for superior information management, including creating concise meeting briefings and generating automated meeting action items, directly supporting the required follow-up duties.

  • Demonstrate Growth: Signal an adaptable, resourceful, and future-proof mindset, positioning the EA to effectively scale support as the organization evolves.

4. Collaboration & Event Planning

  • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong learning / growth mindset and comfort working in a dynamic environment.

  • Working with AI tools would be a significant plus.
