Senior Business Development Manager

Country: Poland | Work Location: Remotely

Salary: 16,000 – 20,000 PLN + VAT on B2B

We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager who will play a key role in rebuilding and shaping our commercial engine. At this stage, we do not operate a fully automated sales machine, inbound lead funnel, or large marketing department. Instead, we are looking for a strategic sales partner who will work closely with management to co-create, test, and refine our go-to-market approach. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building things from the ground up, understands how IT services are sold in practice, and wants real influence on how sales is done – not just execution of predefined processes.

Responsibilities

  • As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be proactively developing new business opportunities on the Polish IT market, identifying potential clients and building a high-quality sales pipeline;
  • You will be selling IT services and outsourcing solutions to mid-sized and large organizations, tailoring your approach to their business challenges, technical needs, and decision-making structures;
  • You will be leading end-to-end sales processes, engaging directly with key decision-makers and managing conversations from initial outreach, through needs discovery and negotiation, to successful deal closure;
  • You will be representing the company externally, participating in IT conferences, industry events, and networking meetings to strengthen brand visibility and market presence;
  • You will be building and leveraging your personal network within the Polish IT ecosystem, using existing relationships and creating new ones to generate long-term business opportunities;
  • You will be building long-term, trust-based client relationships, identifying opportunities to expand cooperation and increase account value over time.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B business development or sales, ideally within IT services, outsourcing, or technology consulting, ensuring you understand complex sales cycles and decision processes;
  • Strong understanding of how IT services are sold, allowing you to confidently discuss delivery models, outsourcing structures, and value propositions with technical and business stakeholders;
  • A solid network within the Polish IT market, providing a strong starting point for generating opportunities through existing client or partner relationships;
  • Willingness to actively participate in conferences and industry events, supporting both lead generation and long-term brand positioning;
  • A highly proactive and independent mindset, enabling you to operate effectively without a fully predefined sales machine;
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, allowing you to establish credibility and trust with senior stakeholders;
  • Comfort working closely with management, contributing not only to sales execution but also to shaping and improving the overall sales strategy.

What you will be measured on

  • Quality and volume of meaningful sales conversations;
  • New business opportunities generated on the Polish market;
  • Closed deals and contribution to business growth;
  • Level of engagement and visibility in the IT market;
  • Impact on improving and shaping the sales strategy.

We offer

  • Salary for work amounting to PLN + VAT on B2B;
  • Margin-based commission model;
  • Flexible working conditions;
  • Private healthcare and Multisport card;
  • Dedicated training budget;
  • Monthly delivery of freshly roasted coffee.

Please be advised that we will only contact selected candidates
