A-List Models and Talent is a faith-based model and talent agency representing models, actors, and influencers across fashion, film, and digital media. We are seeking a Marketing & Public Relations Director to be a part of a team that will lead or assist the agency's marketing, branding, publicity, and influencer-related outreach. This role focuses on securing brand deals, sponsorships, and collaborations for talent while elevating the agency's visibility, reputation, and public image.
This is a starting part-time position. Additional hours will become available as responsibilities grow.
Scouting and signing new influencers/talent added into the role will turn into a more full-time position with additional earning opportunities.
We want someone who is serious about being a part of the fashion and entertainment industry, as well as, being dedicated to making the agency grow and prosper.
Responsibilities
- Secure brand partnerships, sponsorships, influencer campaigns, and collaborations for agency talent from initial outreach through completion.
- Support talent in developing and strengthening their personal brands across digital and public platforms.
- Lead the agency's marketing strategy, branding, and publicity initiatives to increase visibility and strengthen our public image.
- Write and distribute press releases, coordinate media coverage, and arrange guest appearances, radio interviews, and promotional events.
- Negotiate contracts, deliverables, rates, and timelines for brand collaborations and influencer campaigns.
- Oversee campaign execution to ensure successful results for brands, talent, and the agency.
- Build and maintain relationships with brands, PR firms, media outlets, marketing teams, and industry partners.
- Track and report brand partnership performance and campaign results.
- Scout and build relationships with emerging social media influencers who align with the agency's mission and may be suitable for representation.
- Stay current on social media trends, influencer marketing strategies, and entertainment industry developments.
- Additional work opportunity: Scout and sign new models and actors.
Qualifications
- Experience in marketing, brand partnerships, influencer marketing, or talent management.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Skilled in public relations, marketing strategy, and social media branding.
- Creative, organized, and self-driven with measurable growth in mind.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Professionalism and alignment with the agency's faith-based and ethical values.
Compensation
This role offers hourly pay for part-time hours. Scouting and signing talent and influencers will receive percentage of revenue
Additional income can be made from:
- brand partnerships you secure
- influencer campaigns
- Assisting talent with their brand
