You'll design and execute primary research that brings the voice of the customer to life, helping shape the direction of our products and features. Apply now and help shape the future of our product portfolio with insight, energy, and purpose.Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)Bachelor's degree2+ years of Market Research or related work experienceWillingness to ask questions, take initiative and be resourcefulConfidence to help guide internal stakeholders through research planning, execution, and insight phasesUnderstand the principles of AI and use cases in Market ResearchDemonstrated ability to work well in a collaborative team environmentStrong critical thinking and analytical skills; ability to work with cross-tabs and raw data setsExcellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well with cross-functional teams (for example, Brand Teams, Global Research Teams, Product Teams, Marketing, Planning, Engineering, Design and suppliers)Outstanding organizational/project management skills with attention to detailsAbility to work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing deliverables and deadlinesStrong written & oral communication skills; ability to present confidently to senior leadershipProficient in the use of Word, PowerPoint, and ExcelWhat Will Give You a Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications)Advanced degree or marketing research-related certificationsExperience using m-Tab for analyzing syndicated dataExperience using Qualtrics platform (programming, java script, Stats IQ, XM Directory, Text IQ) as well as other DIY survey/sampling toolsFamiliarity with statistical concepts and applicationsFamiliarity with both quantitative and qualitative market research methodologies including Conjoint and Max DiffFamiliarity with SQL, Python for combining and analyzing large datasetsGM does not provide immigration-related sponsorship for this role.
