As a Senior Product Manager for Supply Chain and Operations, you will scope and deliver the technical product vision for our fulfillment lines and warehouse management systems. You will define the success metrics for the program and your work will have a direct impact on day-to-day operations and our long-term, strategic vision. You will own a product roadmap and partner to influence engineering teams, operations teams, and customers across the US. You will report to the VP of Supply Chain Innovation, joining a talented team of product and program managers helping Fresh Realm evolve our technology platform and scale our business.

To be successful you need to be an independent worker who knows how to fail fast and be flexible while delivering on the vision. You can bring people on the journey but know how to escalate to move forward quickly. You are a true owner - you are enthusiastic about the business and innovate on behalf of our customers. You ideally have experience presenting a strategic vision and are excited to think big to solve complex problems. Demonstrated experience scoping and executing a multi-year tech roadmap is ideal.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic and Tactical Planning

  • Work with external and internal stakeholders to scope current and future business needs that will serve the supply chain technology strategy.
  • Create and maintain a technical roadmap that supports the business and aligns with company objectives.
  • Present roadmap and deployment updates to leadership and take part in company-wide planning and prioritization exercises.
  • Help set the product strategy, prioritize features, build consensus, and coordinate schedules with a team of engineers to frequently ship high-quality products.

Product Management

  • Experience writing user stories, conducting business-side user testing, and building a technical business case using data.
  • Influencing timelines to achieve delivery goals across cross-functional teams and experience collaborating with technical teams.
  • Experience documenting customer needs and presenting to internal and third-party developers/technical teams.
  • Drive the accurate and prompt launch of products and rapidly highlight barriers to leadership to remove.
  • Properly coordinate product release activities, testing and develop plans for phasing out underperforming products or stopping products.
  • Implement or aid in the adoption of tools across the supply chain organization.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • 4+ years' experience in technical product management or technical program management.
  • Demonstrated experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a technical product.
  • Proficiency in Agile and associated tools such as Jira, Trello, and Asana.
  • Proficiency in Excel analytics and BI tools.
  • Bachelors/master's in supply chain management, product development, or technical/engineering field or equivalent years of experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Supply Chain or warehouse technology experience, especially in a food production or grocery fulfillment environment.
  • Experience in quantitative analysis, design, or coding; familiarity with SQL
