Position Overview:

As the Trainer for the Credit Union, you will strive to improve the overall employee performance through the application of individual and group training techniques and programs.

Additional responsibilities:

  • Conduct employee training sessions for new employee onboarding, job-specific training and training on new products and services.
  • Create and manage training materials.
  • Support the Training Manager by assisting in the design of procedures, classes and supplemental materials.
  • Work with department leaders to identify development needs.

What you'll need:

  • One to three years of similar or related experience
  • A two-year college degree or completion of specialized certification or trainings.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently and exercise good organizational skills
