THE OPPORTUNITY

As the Coordinator, IT Infrastructure Support, you will support guest satisfaction by monitoring, and resolving, advanced technical issues to include WAN and LANs, all connected network equipment, wireless connectivity, restaurant internet connectivity and corporate/cloud support needs. This individual will also assist in resolving proactively identified issues within IT infrastructure.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Provide advanced technical support to all Chipotle IT users by identifying, analyzing, and troubleshooting resolutions to unique, advanced, and persistent issues.

  • Serve as an escalation point for issues reported to Tier 1 support.

  • Provide coaching to tier 1 support teams in areas of ownership to ensure best practices.

  • Update network internet configurations as needed / requested.

  • Monitor various tools to ensure infrastructure connectivity is maintained.

  • Assist with remediation of degraded infrastructure issues as identified by Analysts

  • Assist with production of knowledge articles as needed.

  • Enhance Production Acceptance process by ensuring resources (KB, tools, training) are available for Tier 1 and Tier 2 teams prior to new technology deployment.

  • Stay engaged to cross train on new systems to extend support for all aspects of Chipotle infrastructure including SCCM client troubleshooting, Active Directory support, Office 365 – OneDrive access requests typically as part of user terminations, Exchange/Office365 mailbox remediations, AEM, DevOps and other access requests, select types of Conditional Access requests, various ACL adjustments

  • Keeping up to date on trends and technological innovations.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • Bachelor's degree in related field preferred

  • 1-3 years of experience in Information Technology, preferably Network Support

  • Network+ certification preferred

  • Knowledge of network protocols, OSI, and TCP

  • Strong problem-solving skills; analytical and conceptual thinking skills

  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to new or unfamiliar technologies

  • Strong Customer Service and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a larger team

  • Ability to communicate efficiently and timely verbally and in writing to a diverse audience via multiple channels

  • Ability to flex to the needs of a continuously changing business environment

  • Ability to prioritize and manage workload effectively

  • Critical thinking skills to analyze and develop future plans to ensure proactive support is maintained.

  • Must be open to a flexible schedule and available for on-call support on a rotating basis

PAY TRANSPARENCY

A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $24.04–$30.54. You are also eligible for annual cash bonuses and equity awards based upon performance and other factors. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on skill level, experience, and/or education.
