Position Overview
The position of Personal/Professional Assistant provides support to founder Donna Bond as well as to our clients and potential clients. This individual will cultivate positive professional relationships with our community, manage online marketing channels and initiatives, and run the systems that manage the business functions while also is supporting Donna Bond managing all the day to day tasks and behind the scenes systems that support Consciousness Rising, Inc.
The key focus for this position is to run the administrative day to day responsibilities that move clients through a customer journey, providing an excellent experience for our community. The goal for this position is to take ownership of customer and prospective customer requests and follow questions and issues through to resolution with the intention of increasing conversions, satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.

does not offer

Responsibilities
Duties, Responsibilities, and Agreements
Some of your responsibilities will include, but aren't limited to:
- Engaging with/answering client/customer inquiries.
- Being the go-to systems expert with Go High Level, Canva, Quickbooks
- Managing the GHL lead inbox with brand voice and a 24-hour response time to all customer and potential client emails in less than 24 hours
- Managing affiliate partnerships and relationships
- Creating, Managing and Deploying workflows in GHL for all client programs
- Supporting clients to move along the customer journey including scheduling Discovery Sessions for Donna Bond. Acting as point of contact and welcome person before, during and after all private journeys, classes, retreats and programs.
- Creating templated responses and maintaining our FAQ doc with up-to-date answers to commonly asked questions
- Handling client inquiries and needs
- Manage customer payments, creating invoices and ensuring they are deployed according to contracts/agreements
- Working with outside contractors such as web maintenance, Storyy, Marketing Team, Podcast company, etc. in resolving highly technical product and service problems
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining protocols of work processes in Asana
- Stay up-to-date with our programs and marketing copy, and other company news to keep support on brand
- Facebook community management + support including regular posts and communication
- Social Media Organization + Support and direction of VA
- Drafting and scheduling emails in GHL
- Support live and zoom trainings, managing comments + communication, hitting record, downloading video, uploading to learning platform
- Mailing and managing books for Consciousness Rising, Inc. including managing shipping, PO Box and mail handling
- Staffing and supporting in event planning/assisting with logistics for events/weekend or live events, retreats before, during and after
- Being proactive + planning ahead with dates + deadlines for business and personal.
- Ordering client + team gifts and sending thank you cards + coming up with ways to love on and take care of our people
- Vet and manage Get Me On Podcasts system and manage scheduling for Donna Bond podcast/summit appearances
- Manage show descriptions and gueats schesules for show Spiritual Ambition

**Qualifications:
Business experience supporting people and systems.
Has experience with CRM Go High Level**
Understanding of marketing strategies and initiatives.
This individual is self-motivated and easily takes initiative seeing steps ahead of what needs to be done. They are an individual contributor able to see, manage and direct many moving parts. This person is an organizational wizard with an excellent memory. They are dependable, communicative, confident, know how to take personal responsibility and know how to solve problems.

- Tech savvy, social media fluent, highly organized, has an excellent memory and is able to keep track of many details with a focus of moving things forward, gaining more exposure for programs and offerings and bringing things to completion.

- An independent, self-starter who executes tasks on time and with a high level of attention to DETAIL and looks for "what needs to happen next?" naturally.
- Comfortable operating autonomously and is a self-motivated, self-starter
- Excellent written communication skills for emails, helping people feel seen + heard
- Good with Spelling, Grammar, Editing & proofing Google docs + other writings
- Has high emotional intelligence and is empathetic
- Proactive: adds to situations, thinking ahead of time for the betterment of all
- Has a get it done attitude + is willing to jump in and serve anytime
- Has at least 2 years' experience in customer service (plus if it's with a similar company: online space and or online coaching space)
- Cannot be a coach or an aspiring coach
- This is beginning as a part time position with potential to grow into a full-time position. This is not for someone who has a side hustle or someone who's trying to grow their own company in the next 3 years but wants to grow in a thriving human potential company who is supporting the transformation of consciousness on the planet at this time.
