We are seeking a versatile and dependable Shop Operations Assistant to support a range of operational activities within our team. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day functions and maintaining effective communication across departments. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, organized, and capable of handling a variety of tasks in a dynamic environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Supporting internal processes and workflows
  • Assisting with documentation and recordkeeping
  • Coordinating logistics and general order-related tasks
  • Facilitating communication between teams and external partners
  • Contributing to inventory and supply-related activities
  • Participating in cross-functional initiatives as needed
  • Communicating with customers, both via Teams and email, in a professional manner.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
  • Familiarity with basic office software and digital tools
  • Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles is a plus
