This role requires someone who began their career in IT support and has grown into project management, allowing them to bring both technical understanding and strategic coordination to the table.

  • Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to ensure teams are using the system effectively.
  • Translate department feedback into actionable improvement plans.
  • Vendor & MSP Coordination

  • Liaise with our Managed Service Provider (MSP) on infrastructure upgrades, security patches, and support tickets.

  • Act as an informed internal advocate to ensure MSP solutions align with the firm's operations and growth.

  • Track progress using project management tools and report regularly to leadership.
  • Process Improvement & Reporting

  • Continuously analyze system usage and recommend enhancements to improve workflow efficiency.

  • Develop dashboards or reports to provide visibility to executives and department heads.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in IT, with at least 2 years in a project management or systems lead role.
  • Strong foundation in IT support or help desk roles-able to speak both technical and business languages.
  • Experience managing proprietary or custom-built software platforms preferred.
  • Skilled in collaborating across departments and facilitating user adoption of digital tools.
  • Familiarity with real estate development, construction, or project-based environments a plus.
  • Experience working with (or managing) third-party MSPs or external IT vendors.
  • Proficient with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Jira, etc.) and documentation platforms (Notion, Confluence, SharePoint).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
