We are seeking a creative and experienced Freelance TikTok Strategist to manage and grow our partner brands on TikTok Shop. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in building video-first brand strategies with a strong focus on creative content, performance-driven strategies, and viral potential. You will be working with dynamic CPG brands, crafting social media strategies that drive sales and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Design and execute tailored TikTok Shop content strategies that align with an ecommerce brands goals and objectives, leveraging thorough research on trends, audience behavior, and market competition to drive sales.
  • Content Planning: Collaborate with creative teams to develop content frameworks, concepts, and shot lists that will be produced and optimized for TikTok Shop.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze TikTok Shop metrics to assess campaign effectiveness, optimize content for reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Trend Research: Stay updated on the latest TikTok trends, viral challenges, and platform features to ensure content remains fresh and competitive.
  • Affiliate & Influencer Strategy: Analyze and provide coaching on affiliate and influencer content to ensure alignment with brand goals and maximize performance.
  • Creative Execution: Work with editors and content creators to produce high-performing short-form content tailored for TikTok Shop success.

Ideal Experience:

  • Proven experience as a TikTok Strategist with a focus on CPG brands and TikTok Shop growth.
  • In-depth knowledge of TikTok Shop, including best practices for product listings, promotional content, and platform algorithms.
  • Excellent understanding of TikTok analytics and performance metrics to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to align with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to identify opportunities for growth, test new creative approaches, and iterate strategies based on performance insights.
